Submission Guidelines for Research Papers

1. Intellectual Rights and Responsibility:

  • The author holds full responsibility for the content of their research paper, ensuring honesty, scientific accuracy, and adherence to intellectual property rights.
  • The submitted research must be original and not previously published or under consideration for publication by any other entity. The author agrees not to submit the research to any other publisher without written consent from the Journal of Multidisciplinary Research in Business and Technology.

2. Ethics and Research Integrity:

  • The author must ensure that the research adheres to the highest ethical standards, including honesty, transparency, and integrity in all stages of the research.
  • Plagiarism and Similarity Index: The submitted paper will be screened for plagiarism. Papers with a similarity index exceeding 20% will not be accepted.
  • AI-Generated Content: Any content generated by artificial intelligence tools will not be accepted for publication.AI can be use for proofreading.
  • The research must comply with ethical guidelines relevant to human, animal, or data-related research, as applicable.

3. General Characteristics of a Research Paper:

  • The research must be original, comprehensive, and contribute new thoughts or insights.
  • The research should adhere to the appropriate methodologies for its field, particularly those relevant to the humanities and social sciences.
  • The author is responsible for ensuring that the paper is free from spelling, grammatical, and stylistic errors. Papers with excessive errors will not be considered for publication.
  • The research must follow scientific documentation standards for referencing, bibliography, and sources, as outlined below.

4. Technical Aspects, Preparation, and Organization of the Content:

  • The research paper must be word-processed with double spacing. It should be between 5,000 and 9,000 words. The font must be Times New Roman, size 12.

  • The research paper should be structured as follows:

    • Title of the Research Paper
    • Author Information: Full name, email address, affiliation, and academic rank.
    • Abstract: A concise summary of the research in English, not exceeding 200 words. The abstract should cover the main theme, objective, methodology, key findings, and recommendations.
    • Keywords: Five keywords in English, placed after the abstract.
    • Introduction: An introductory section of 500 to 700 words, outlining the main theme, research problem, objectives, and methodology.
    • Main Body of the Research: Organized content presenting the research work in detail.
    • Conclusion: A summary of the key findings, including any recommendations or suggestions for future research. The conclusion should be written in paragraph form rather than as a list.
    • References and Bibliography: Follow the APA Style (7th edition) for citations and references.
    • Appendices (if applicable): Any supplementary material related to the research.
  • Page Numbering: All pages must be numbered at the bottom center.

5. Author Contribution and Declaration:

  • A Declaration must be submitted stating that the research is original, has not been submitted elsewhere, and complies with all ethical standards.
  • All authors must provide a contribution statement, clearly detailing their individual roles in the research (e.g., conceptualization, data collection, analysis, writing, etc.).
  • The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors agree to the submission and publication of the research.

Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines will not be considered for publication.
