abstract="هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الإدارة المدرسية في زيادة الوعي بالتراث لدى طلبة المدارس الحكومية بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المعلمين والمعلمات في محافظات مسقط والداخلية والباطنة جنوب والبالغ عددهم (23585) حيث تم أخذ عينة بلغت (230)، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدم الباحثون الاستبانة كأداة لدراستهم، وقد تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة المتاحة.       وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور إدارة المدرسة في زيادة الوعي بالتراث لدى طلبة المدارس الحكومية بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء مرتفعا ، وكما بينت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تُعزى لمتغير الجنس في أبعاد ( دور المعلم ، دور أخصائي أنشطة مدرسية ، دور اخصائي مركز مصادر تعلم ) ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تُعزى لمتغير الجنس في دور مدير المدرسة لصالح الإناث، وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة إلى  وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تُعزى لمتغير المحافظة من وجهة نظر المعلمين في أبعاد ( دور مدير المدرسة ، دور أخصائي أنشطة مدرسية و دور أخصائي مركز مصادر التعلم ) بينما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تُعزى لمتغير المحافظة في دور المعلم، وقد أوصت الدراسة توفير برامج تدريبية لإدارات المدارس لتعزيز التراث لدى الطلبة، طرح مسابقات متنوعة على مستوى المحافظات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة المدرسية، الوعي بالتراث، المدارس الحكومية، سلطنة عمان.. The study aimed to identify the role of school administration in raising awareness of heritage among students in public schools in the Sultanate of Oman from the perspective of teachers. The study population consisted of all teachers in the governorates of Muscat, Al Dakhiliyah, and South Al Batinah, totaling 23,585 individuals. A sample of 230 participants was selected using the available sampling method. The researchers employed the descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the primary tool for their study. The results revealed that the role of school administration in increasing awareness of heritage among public school students in Oman was perceived as high by the teachers. Additionally, the findings showed no statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable in the dimensions of the teacher's role, the school activities specialist's role, and the learning resources center specialist's role. However, statistically significant differences were found in the school principal's role, favoring females. The study also indicated statistically significant differences related to the governorate variable from the teachers’ perspective in the dimensions of the school principal’s role, the school activities specialist’s role, and the learning resources center specialist’s role.
